**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the section operations to ensure smooth delivery of transactions and tasks - To improve staff productivity and achieve cost efficiency - To identify and develop staff competency and team building - Manage control to prevent operational risks for loan documentation - Manage and lead team in projects

- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university preferably in Banking & Finance discipline, or Diploma with relevant experience - Minimum of 6 years’ experience in managing team in banking (retail loan operation setting), transformation project experience will be an advantage - Good retail credit documentation knowledge, including SMEs - Strong analytical and operation handling skills - Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects, with good project management skills - Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills - Good risk control awareness in operation functions - Good supervisory skills and able to motivate staff - Highly meticulous with critical thinking skills/ transformative mindset - Self-motivated and keen learner to expand beyond the scope
