- Carry out duties related to the general running of the school such as office duties, procurement, facilities management and housekeeping
- Manage the admissions process from enquiries to the actual enrolment of children
- Respond to internal and external enquiries and requests from staff and parents
- Develop solid relationships with staff and parents
- Develop tools, checklists and procedures to assist staff and parents more efficiently.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
- Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
- Able to interact and engage different levels of stakeholders
- Proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task; not afraid to 'get hands dirty'
- Work location at Thomson area (near Upp Thomson MRT)
- Able to work Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Based in Singapore and does not require work permit
