ReferReach is a technology start-up that aims to revolutionize business networking by optimizing referral sharing with artificial intelligence. The vision of ReferReach is to create a better world by growing opportunities and possibilities.
ReferReach was founded by serial entrepreneurs and experienced investors; and is now looking for ambitious early team members to launch the product globally. We have found early Sales Market Fit (SMF) and Product Market Fit (PMF), and now we would like new team members to bring us to the next stage.
**THE ROLE**
ReferReach is looking for a **Sales and Business Development Head **to help build our **Sales and Business Development Team **. We're looking for someone who enjoys closing deals and figuring out how we can work with various global parties and partners in multiple ways.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sales Leadership: Start with closing sales first to get a sense of customers. The next step is to lead, mentor, and expand the sales efforts (which might include external sales agents and even customers too) to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new market opportunities for the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Partner with the leadership team to define the overall sales strategy, set sales goals, and make key decisions regarding resources and budget.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Monitor key sales metrics, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, and provide critical feedback to the leadership team about market trends and business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to align our sales strategies and tactics with business objectives. Build partner relationships to drive increased adoption, ensure retention, and inject high levels of customer satisfaction.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity, work ethic, autonomy, professionalism, and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in implementing and encouraging the usage of CRM software or equivalent.
