
Revenue Planning Lead, Sales Operations and

Formulate sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for a fast-evolving and complex segment of our business. This will include creating scaled sales plans and revenue targets, customer segmentation methodologies, distributed sales coverage plans, and development of long-term implementation and tracking processes.
- Manage all aspects of revenue opportunities across all TikTok products, including inventory, forecasting, pricing and facilitation of booking while partnering with crucial stakeholders like sales, product and other operations teams.
- Manage pricing strategies like rebates, discounts and added value policies for all clients - this includes reviewing pricing submissions to ensure accuracy and financially sound pricing.
- Evaluate existing pricing practices and methodologies and look at opportunities for improvement and standardization.
- Define and implement policies plus operational procedures related to key accounts, self-serve customers and channel sales to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to create and implement all revenue related strategies and policies
- Help in developing various rate card options/database across both accounts and agencies, and across all ad products that incentivizes growth.
- Create and implement of incentives plans for Global Business Solution team members to push revenue generation.
- Define and implement customer development guidelines for the region along with global teams to ensure fair global account management and cross-region buying.
- Train, coach and mentor Revenue Planning Managers and Specialists working to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
**Qualifications**:
- A/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field (MBA degree is a plus), with at lease 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads
- At least 2-3 years of people management experience
- Revenue planning and policy-making experience related but not limited to sales incentive planning, pricing and inventory strategies, development of large clients/agency deals in SEA market
- Technical proficiency in systems such as SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite programs
- Data science and predictive modelling experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, is a self-starter and able to work independently - High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable in working in a high-pressure environment along with ruthless prioritization skills
