**PSA Marine (Pte) Ltd**- Ensure the daily containership and tug service levels are met at all times while maintaining constant communications with key stakeholders such as the Transhipment team, Commercial, Pilotage, MCC (Mission Command Centre), Base Operations and marine crew
- Ensure all tug and containership crew satisfy PSAM’s service commitments in a safe, effective and practical manner, with consideration to the Safe Work Procedures (SWP), International Safety Management (ISM), Work Instructions (WI), QHSE Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy, SG Secure Policy, Port Marine Notices (PMN), Port Marine Circulars (PMC) and relevant authorities’ regulations
- Highlight anomalies and non-conformance in the conduct, performance and behaviour of tug and containership crew
- Implement, maintain and monitor Tug Planned Maintenance System, Fleet Monitoring System and other communication devices such as routers, handphones and tablets
- Address ad-hoc issues with PSA Terminals, Transhipment Operations team, PSA Marine appointed ship managers, bunker operators, service contractors and external parties
- Submit monthly containerships report and tug availability reports to various stakeholders
- Take lead in the investigation of any workplace incidents including but not limited to the marine bases, onboard harbour crafts and overseas vessels
- Liaise with base leaders on tug operations and containership activities such as bunkering, audit, survey and ROB verifications
- Take lead and assist in fleet process improvement and sustainability projects including but not limited to fleet sustainability, navigational awareness devices, fleet management system(s), staff and operations software
- Monitor and ensure that relevant statutory classification surveys, harbour craft licences, life-saving appliances and fire-fighting appliances (SOLAS) are renewed timely
- Schedule tug crew monthly turnouts and provide support to Base Operations in the deployment of the tug crew
- Liaise with the Fleet Engineering team on the tug repair schedule and works carried out on unavailable tugs to ensure maximum uptime of tugs
- Conduct tug crew exit interview(s) and propose suitable appropriate measures targeted at improving the Smell of the Place
- Monitor the tug and containership crew training and career progression schedule
- Arrange for marine crew briefings, dialogue sessions and engagement events
- Conduct tug and containership craft safety and security audits that comprise fuel checks, contrabands, navigation as well as inventory checks
- Monitor and review Fleet videos, CCTV footage and operational software for safety and security-related matters; and
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned

**Job Requirement**
- A Degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics, and Supply Chain
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working in a frontline operation role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different levels in an organisation
- Critical thinking and logical thinking skills
- A fair understanding of marine / mechanical engineering-related domains e.g. engine repair, welding, and electrical systems onboard a vessel
- Good numeracy skills and an eye for detail; and
