Marsh is looking for the following position in the Singapore office:
**FINPRO Placement Manager, Asia**

This will be an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a highly motivated, well established and professional placement team based in Singapore. You will join as a professional individual contributor and be responsible for the placement of multiple line FINPRO policies with the markets for clients of the practice, and for ensuring market relationships are cultivated, maintained and improved where required. This role provides an unparalleled opportunity to support our dynamic Financial and Professional Liability (FINPRO) team in the region with placement support as well as exposure to a wide range of learning avenues that you can tap on to reach your full potential.

**We will count on you to**:

- ** Engage with the insurance market as well as Marsh colleagues internationally to provide broking support**:

- ** Support the FINPRO regional team with syndication of placement transactions including placement negotiation and transaction management;**:

- ** Deliver prompt and accurate processing of post-placement services and contractual requirements such as signed binders, prompt policy issuance, and endorsement processing during the policy year.**:

- ** Assist the FINPRO regional team to deliver value to clients through the production and maintenance of regional materials including peer group benchmarking reports, market intelligence as well as market trends and reports**:

- **Support the FINPRO regional team to deliver on key regional growth initiatives**:

- ** Collaborate with FINPRO teams across Asia to gather data as well as support the building and maintenance of new business pipelines**:

- **Involved in strategy meetings relating to insurance renewals, client retention and new business;**:

- ** Deliver the most competitive wholesale insurance product/placement available to the retail network and their clients, by developing effective broking/carrier strategies to maximize Marsh's expertise and market advantage.**:

- **Regular analysis of carrier capacities in new and existing lines of business.**:

- **Contributes to the implementation of Marsh placement strategies.**:

- **Professional standards and Marsh Excellence - Assures full compliance with Marsh professional standards.**:

- ** Preparation of insurance proposal including but not limited to quotes slips/coverage summary, letter/filing and all related matters pertaining to the clients’ portfolio.**

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in any discipline
- At least 10 to 15 years of professional experience
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Should be a self-starter who can challenge status quo by bringing in fresh ideas that help improve the practice deliverables
- Strong analytical problem solving skills and experience
