Job Description Description

The Placement Executive - Energy and Power will be responsible for facilitating job placements for students and graduates in the energy and power sector across Southeast Asia. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions and employers, organizing recruitment events, and providing guidance to candidates in their job search.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and training centers in the energy and power sector.
  • Assist in the placement process of students and graduates in relevant companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential employers and job openings in the energy and power industry.
  • Organize recruitment drives and job fairs to connect students with employers.
  • Provide guidance and support to students regarding resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in placement services or recruitment in the energy and power sector.
  • Strong understanding of the energy and power industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and employers.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and job portals for candidate sourcing and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve placement targets.
