Develop positive and effective partnership with departments to co-create integrated people solutions to meet business’ objectives.
- Deliver credible day to day HR operations and payroll related matters in an effective and efficient manner.
- Analyze trends and metrics to deepen understanding of issues.
- Manage systems, streamline and deliver HR operations to increase productivity.
- Work with stakeholders to co-create solutions to advance a common good.
- Explain policy intent and processes in a way that signals care and concern for stakeholders.
- Proactively keep up with, and apply, new knowledge in your work domain.
- Seek and embrace learning opportunities for personal and professional growth within and beyond your work domain.
- Collect and analyse different sources of information to aid in the assessment of the problem at hand.
- Consider and evaluate possible solutions and propose the most appropriate one.
HR Business Partnership
- Possess basic understanding of business units’ day-to-day operations, business challenges and workforce profiles.
- Address business units’ HR queries.
- Implement HR processes in partnership with business units.
You should have a Degree with the related discipline and keen to pursue a HR career.
Able to interact with all level of people
Good follow-up skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
