**THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION.**

The team are looking for a Client Facing Account Manager to manage Enterprise and Mid-Market Accounts in SEA - mainly Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam Markets. The scope of the role is to be the main point of content for the existing clients covering the Digital Experience Solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the key liason between B2B Enterprise, Mid-Market client accounts and the company.
- Being a trusted advisor who is passionate about supporting clients with specific solutions available and address their issues and concerns.
- Understand client problems and and provide relevant solutions to them
- Ensuring clients are successfully utilizing the solutions and continue their support for the business.
- Identify growth opportunities, ensure clients accounts are attaining success and assessing any renewal risks.
- Supporting any enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction is high.
- Ensuring account information is updated.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in Accoount Management for a SAAS brand
- Good understanding of the technology/Software sales cycles
- Experience supporting enterprise and mid market clients from onboarding, building relationships and ensuring client success.
- Strong account management skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Experience cultivating and developing relationships with B2B clients.
- Good communicator
