**About the Role**
NextWave Partners have partnered exclusively with a business providing financial solutions for both the public and private sector. Reporting to the CEO, this role will require the individual to build the Asia division while carrying their own targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve both individual and the team sales targets
- Work closely with both the marketing and product teams to align on the messaging to potential customers and product strategy
- Leading and expanding the current team to ensure there is coverage for all the major markets in Asia

**Requirements**:

- Prior proven experience leading a team and expanding a team with a high retention rate
- Proven success in consistently achieving individual and team sales targets YoY

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Guaranteed commission pay-out for the first year
