- Develop training programs, sales strategies, and processes to enhance the team's skills, productivity, and overall effectiveness.
**Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and potential partnerships to expand client base and drive revenue generation.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product/service offerings.
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in mentoring junior staff
