You will be involved in lead generation, data accumulation, revenue generation, and working towards specific targets. The role requires excellent sales and negotiation skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, superior communication and interpersonal skills, effective planning and organizational abilities, composure under pressure, adeptness in budgeting and report writing, and proficiency in relationship building.The ideal candidate should possess 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales and business development. You should excel in delivering presentations, negotiating with clients, and maximizing revenues. A successful candidate will demonstrate consultative sales techniques, negotiation prowess, revenue growth, workflow streamlining, relationship management expertise, and a track record of enhancing sales volumes in terms of value and quantity while maintaining margins and profits.
