My client, is an IT global service firm and trusted provider of industry solutions of Microsoft Dynamics 365, they are looking to hire a APAC, VP Sales and Marketing based at Singapore. Being a VP, there are direct reports and a sales team to lead. On top of that, there will be business travels.

Role
- Conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing marketing campaigns that reach the target audience
- Understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensures that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business goals
- Setting ambitious goals, developing effective sales strategies, and motivating the sales team.
- Setting clear expectations, providing coaching and training, and creating a positive work environment.
- Keep track of sales performance, identifying trends, and making adjustments to the sales and marketing plan as needed.
- Providing feedback, coaching, and training to help low-performing employees improve their performance.

**Requirements**:

- Has a strong background in sales leadership and experience selling software solutions. (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Possess excellent communication skills, has the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Ideally more than 13 years of experience in a similar senior sales leadership role and quota carrying responsibility, selling enterprise solutions to clients with good track record.
- Well versed in the Microsoft Dynamics Market
