The Assistant to VP Sales APAC is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the VP of Sales APAC and contribute to improving overall daily business processes within the ANZ, Asia and Japan teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the VP of Sales APAC
- Assistance with booking international travel, accommodations and managing expense reports, etc
- Attend & run weekly APAC regional tactical sales meetings and take notes as necessary
- Manage commission split approval for APAC and the delegations during absence of local APAC sales leaders
- Verify and update APAC opportunities via Salesforce for correct admin, including verifying reps on splits, naming convention, deal sheets added, invoices overdue etc.
- Assist INTL Sales Operations Manager with executing projects and pilots that affect the APAC global regions.
- Assist Project Coordinator to EVP Global Channel & Intl Sales with executing projects, budgets, administrative tasks, and scheduling communications between other regions.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Analyst to produce reports and dashboards needed by VP of APAC
- Input OKRs on behalf of VP of APAC in Metapulse
- Manage the APAC Travel and Expense Sales Budget
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to provide efficient solutions
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or GED required
- General computer skills and working knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with web Browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to read, create, and analyze reports based on sales data and rep activity.
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Willing to go the extra mile
