Fulfilment and Operations Assistant

**Order Fulfilment**:
Process and pack online and retail orders with accuracy and care, ensuring timely dispatch.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth logistics and resolve any shipping issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**:
Assist in stock checks and inventory updates to ensure accurate tracking.
Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring an efficient and tidy workspace.
Help minimize stock risks by identifying slow-moving items and coordinating clearance strategies.
- **Operations Support**:
Collaborate with the team to optimize daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows across the back end.
Support new product launches by preparing stock and updating internal systems.
Analyze sales and operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- **Customer Experience**:
Assist in handling customer inquiries related to orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience.
Work with the team to address customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in fulfilment, operations, or logistics roles is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a can-do mindset.
- Ability to commit to 44 hours a week, including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software and data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for fashion and an interest in contributing to a brand’s growth.
