Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, from receipt of customer orders to delivery.

  • Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness, and communicate any discrepancies with the sales team or customer.
  • Enter orders into the system, ensuring all necessary details are captured, and monitor order status for timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, communication, and customer interactions within the system and Microsoft SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for generating regular reports on order status, backorders, or any fulfillment issues, and assisting in preparing reports for management review. Additionally, you will ensure that all paperwork is properly completed and filed for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in operations support, order processing, or project coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A sense of urgency and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.
