**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a hands-on and detail-oriented **Operations & Fulfillment Assistant**to support our daily order fulfillment, inventory movement, courier coordination, and packing activities.

You will assist with printing orders, preparing shipments, handling stock documentation, and physically packing orders. This is a hybrid role that requires both **operational accuracy and physical involvement**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fulfillment & Dispatch Operations**:

- Retrieve daily Shopify orders and prepare packing lists
- Book courier pickups (EasyParcel, FedEx) and print shipping labels
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery note, packing list, invoice)Track and update dispatch logs for both local and overseas orders

**Inventory & Stock Handling**:

- Assist in weekly and monthly stocktakes
- Record stock in/out movement and stock transfers
- Coordinate internal stock movement (e.g. from Tuas to distributor warehouse)Label, organize, and maintain stock storage areas

**Packing & Physical Fulfillment**:

- Pick and pack orders according to packing sheets
- Maintain packing area cleanliness and monitor supply levelsOperate light machines (e.g. label printer, card writer) — training provided

**Admin Support**:

- File and archive order documentation (digital and physical)
- Assist with daily checklists and packing job orders
- Support with basic stock and order reporting

**Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations preferred
- Able to handle physical work (packing, lifting boxes, moving stock)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs
- Familiar with Google Sheets or basic Excel
- Must be able to work in Tuas South (shuttle provided)
