Singapore Parallel Chain Lab Full time

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Developer Evangelism: (i) Create and execute strategies to inspire developers to build on ParallelChain; (ii) build close relationships with developers across different geographies, identities, and experience level; and (ii) create regular contents and activities (e.g., articles, graphics, AMAs, tutorials, workshops, hackathons, etc.) to educate on the features and benefits of ParallelChain, in order to attract developers and users for adoption.
- Developer Experience: (i) Be on the frontlines providing hands-on remote developer support; (ii) work with ParallelChain Lab engineers to optimise the developer journey; and (iii) relay community feedback to the engineers and take proactive steps to identify and minimise developer pain-points.
- Develop Communications: (i) Monitor and moderate communication channels, especially Discord and Telegram; (ii) ensure constant engagement with the community, and (iii) provide timely support and assistance to developers and users of ParallelChain.
- Keep track of the projects building with ParallelChain and regularly check-in to ensure that we are providing them with the necessary support.
- Create technical blogs, howtos, videos, training materials on topics related to ParallelChain development.
- Help maintain our open-source documentations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline.
- 2+ years experience in software engineering, 1+ year work experience in open-source community.
- Proven experience in developer advocacy/evangelism/education.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent orator willing to speak in front of an audience (online and offline).
- (Bonus) Experience or deep knowledge about DeFi and web3 projects.
- (Bonus) Experience developing in Solidity, WASM, and/or RUST.
- (Bonus) Understand the web3 stack across a variety of ecosystems (EVM, Substrate, Tendermint, etc.).
