Job Title: Program Director

A seasoned Program Director is required to oversee the success of a project or portfolio of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee timely delivery within scope.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and have experience in managing large-scale programs in the Singapore Government or banking and finance domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk, and change management to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
  • Plan and lead procurement activities, including tender specifications compilation, evaluation, and award.
  • Lead project schedule development, identify dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Conduct regular meetings, track action items, provide project progress reports, and facilitate stakeholder management.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Certified ICT Project Management Programme (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs in Singapore Government/banking and finance domain.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Government governance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, JIRA, and Atlassian tools for project tracking and team collaboration.
