**Position**

We are looking for a self-motivated Relocation Sales Consultant to join our team

As a Relocation Sales Consultant, you will drive the growth of our diverse and international (expatriates) customer base with international relocation needs, and identify and build relationships with inbound consumers’ leads. The role will also involve facilitating the relocation journey of our customers and training will be provided. We welcome any sales experienced individuals to apply

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales process (e.g. Contacting potential customers, customer handling, preparing quotations etc.)
- Managing the sales process using CRM system
- Facilitate the international relocation journey for customers
- Provide customers with reliable and useful information regarding the moving process
- Ensure superior customer service delivery at all times and maintain personal presentation and customer service ethics of the highest standards and ensure customer issues are resolved
- Liaise with the ReloBuddy team and Operations Manager to ensure all information relating to the relocation journey is noted and any special requirements are taken into account.
- Attend sales, operational, and review meetings as necessary to analyze sales and operational performances in comparison to the planned objective
- Other duties as reasonably assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Relocation experience is not a must, training will be provided
- Valid driving license
- Written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Computer knowledge/literacy
- Attention to detail; math skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
- Strong personal and professional presentation styles
- Ability to operate a tablet PC during face-to-face home surveys
