**What the Internship Programme will look like**

Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.

We're looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.

This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

**Innovation and Analytics**
**Affinity Analytics**
- Assist in data management, visualization and business analytic research to identify statistical relationships present in large and complex sets of data.
- Aggregate, combine, normalize and cleanse data from a variety of public and proprietary data sources
- Perform data exploration and analysis on data sets to develop and test working hypotheses and generate commercial insight
- Familiar with PowerBI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL

**Climate Hub Analytics**

The ACIA Climate team is a newly set up team and is focusing on supporting Aon in developing solutions to further enable clients to focus on to enhance their resiliency and foster the growth of tomorrow, as we believe that properly managing climate risk not only protects against the downside, but can also be a catalyst for growth by navigating the transition and capturing opportunities as the economy transforms.
- Collecting relevant climate data across different sources
- Assist in identifying and developing insights to support client conversations and insights
- Where relevant utilize the relevant market research reports to substantiate approach and insights

**Wealth Solutions**

ACIA's Wealth Solutions team assists in serving the needs of the investment practice, in every area of interest to institutional investors. We have partnered with our investment consulting colleagues around and seek to enhance investment solutions for clients globally through portfolio strategy and implementation advice. Our innovations impact $4.4 trillion of assets under advisement and help drive global consistency, operational efficiencies and sales. We focus on global high impact solutions often involving the creation of proprietary models and extensive use of data & analytics to solve business challenges. This role provides great exposure to the business, and the opportunity to take part in product development/implementation and support.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of existing processes underlying the firm's global asset engine, including asset allocation and investment strategy, quantitative investment manager screens and proprietary operational due diligence model
- Conducting quantitative analysis using both internal and external databases
- Source and visualize data across multiple sources using business intelligence tools
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned relating to data & analytics
