**What the Internship Programme will look like**

Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.

We're looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.

This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

**Strategy**
- Actively contribute to the production of reports, proposals, analytical tools and other client deliverables
- Conduct market research, financial analysis and data modelling to inform strategic recommendations to clients
- Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations
- Develop internal network to connect with Aon's market practitioners as required by client-focused activity and Aon United initiatives
- Support sales efforts by conducting research on various markets and players and by preparing sales proposals

**Finance**

The intern would be working closely with the Finance and Actuarial pillar. The team assists clients in finance and actuarial transformation, appointed actuary services, actuarial pricing and portfolio mix support, IFRS 17 implementation and process optimization, one-off IFRS 17 captives set up including policies and procedures, drafting accounting and actuarial policies for IFRS 17 and audit support, as well as reconciliations between IFRS 4 and IFRS 17.
- Supporting the product development of current AON financial reporting solutions
- Assisting with training initiatives on IFRS
- Supporting client finance and actuarial transformation
- Contributing to IFRS 17 GI and Life client projects, as well as IFRS Accounting policies
- Support the team in preparing presentation slides for client proposals or management.
- Developing their internal network to connect with Aon's market practitioners as required by client-focused activity and Aon United initiatives

**Actuarial**
The intern would be working closely with the Finance and Actuarial pillar. The team assists clients in finance and actuarial transformation, appointed actuary services, actuarial pricing and portfolio mix support, IFRS 17 implementation and process optimization, one-off IFRS 17 captives set up including policies and procedures, drafting accounting and actuarial policies for IFRS 17 and audit support, as well as reconciliations between IFRS 4 and IFRS 17
- Support appointed actuaries
- Support actuarial pricing and portfolio mix support
- IFRS 17 GI client projects
- Client finance and actuarial transformation including the utilization of ReMetrica and Tyche implementations and managed service arrangements.
- Support projects on Mergers, Acquisition and Market Entry
- Support IFRS 17 Captive set-up including TAPs, policies and processes

**Operations**
As a pillar of the Strategy and Technology Group (STG) APAC, the Operations Consulting team is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and improving processes for (re)insurance clients through thorough reviews, optimization, and the integration of technological solutions.
- Formulate, recommend, and implement strategies for operational improvements that align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.
- Assist in executing operational strategies while ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the process.
- Contribute to project management efforts, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
- Gather and analyze data related to business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Aid in the comprehensive documentation and organization of information to improve project workflow and efficiency
