**What the day will look like**

Carry out a range of project management related functions, through a series of developmental work rotations. While responsibilities may vary to some extent with each rotation, all are contained in the general role statements below:

- Assist in achieving business objectives within a team environment through assigned research, policy and project activities allocated during developmental work placements; and understand the entire workflow process of the various business units
- Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with appropriate external client contacts and other internal Aon clients.
- Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme
- Pitching and storytelling - potential to communicate to stakeholders in a compelling way

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Able to commence full-time employment in July 2025.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Curious and able thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook are required.
