**Total Benefits Advisory & Management**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Total Benefits Advisory & Management team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analytical work within a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with our team to support various benefits projects and operational initiatives.

Analytical Support:

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for ongoing benefits review projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to visualize insights.

Research & Benchmarking:

- Conduct market research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
- Gather and synthesize data to support strategic recommendations.
- Support the team

Collaboration & Communication:

- Participate in internal initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Work closely with team members to gather and validate data inputs.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to internal stakeholders.

Operational Analysis:

- Assist in the development and execution of wellbeing programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of the employees of specific clients.
- Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in employee wellbeing.
- Support the planning and coordination of client wellbeing events and activities.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote and integrate wellbeing initiatives within Aon offerings.

This opportunity prepares university interns for an exciting and rewarding career in broking sales. The role focuses on building broking knowledge and developing core sales skills through first hand on-the-job training. This is an entry-level position suitable for interns looking to explore an opportunity in broking sales. Whilst no previous experience is required, we are looking for team members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and are willing to go above and beyond in this goal-oriented position. If successful in the role, interns will have the opportunity to interview for a role in the broader Aon Health Solutions Division.
