**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Singapore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities for Finance and Motivation Workshops. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote **finance and motivation workshops **, fostering growth and outreach.
- Utilize your expertise to organize and coordinate engaging seminars, ensuring seamless execution and impactful experiences.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality, transformative content.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques, leveraging your proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Tertiary Education in Business, Marketing, or related field

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the finance or motivational speaking industry.
- Proven track record in marketing and selling workshop/seminar packages, showcasing tangible results.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute successful events, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and inspire clients.

Applicants with experience in government and Social Service sectors will also be prioritized. A strong business acumen and curiosity to understand and learn new things quickly would be an added advantage.
