Receptionist/Front of House
Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they're well-settled
Keep front office clean and orderly.
Help with transportation arrangements.
Coordinate audio-visual needs for meetings.
Arrange catering for in-house events.
Handle mails, documents including couriers.
Assists with COVID-related protocols
Administrative/Office/BD Support
Assist Office Manager with administrative and logistic tasks.
Set up workstations and manage access passes.
Support office activities and events.
Assist in local business development initiatives
Coordinate events and catering.
Manage invoices and liaise with vendors.
Update BD related spreadsheets.
Assist with purchase of books and periodicals and maintenance of law library
Facilities Management
Coordinate office maintenance.
Manage pantry and stationery orders.
Liaise with global facilities teams.
Maintain pantry and printing room supplies.
Handle post office runs, faxes and couriers.
Manage file storage and retrieval.
Prepare workstations for new joiners.
Finance Responsibilities
Execute bank runs and maintain courier schedules.
Process invoices, manage petty cash, expense claims and safeguard cheques
Analyze and report weekly courier statements.

Proven relevant work experiences in office admin., reception, secretarial
Must be committed, equipped with essential skills, positive disposition and a team player
Good communication skill
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, InterAction/CRM

- $3.2k - $3.4k (9 to 6pm) 2) Part time - $2.2k to $2.4k ( 8.30 to 1.30pm )
Mon to Fri, 15 upto 20 days AL, medical/dental/OT, 13th month, life insurance
