- Liaise with oversea agent for the cross trade shipment issue etc space / local charges details/ free time issue.
- Liaise with trade manager for the rate / free time filling.
Sending free time request separately for those shipment secured under MMG rate which POD free time was not granted.
- Feedback competitors/market rate info to the line manager for MMG rate reviewing.
- Monitor and ensure all sales quotations are filed on time before closing date.
- File the rate details into quotation negotiation and process auto rating when shipment materialized.
- Ensure all the freight was manifested correctly.
- Following up the FOB rate details with oversea agents/ regional office whenever there is FOB shipment received.
- Generate sales report from CRM
- Analyzes customer performance from CRM
- Assist sales manager to assign the quarterly sales target to AO and assist AO to upload the sales target into CRM.
- Be the focal point to receive the sales lead in CRM. Assign the sales lead to individual AO.
- To achieve monthly auto rating KPI minimum at 80%
- To achieve monthly freight corrector KPI below 4%
- Ensure the Quarterly sales target was uploaded without failed before dead line given.
- Ensure 100% of freight accuracy to avoid manifest corrector.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Diploma / Degree in Sales and marketing or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Minimum 2 years working experience in shipping line
