
Sales Executive

**Objective**:
Drive revenue growth through digital and retail sales channels by managing affiliate partnerships, live commerce, B2B stockists, and platform sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. B2B Distribution**
- Pitch and onboard brand into multi-brand stores, clinics, and boutique retailers
- Negotiate and manage strategic collaborations
- Build relationships with stockists: check sell-through, handle re-orders, conduct quarterly reviews
- Explore and manage e-commerce platforms
**2. B2C & Affiliate Sales**
- **TikTok Shop**:
- Set up and manage affiliate program
- Track affiliate performance, generate monthly reports, optimize top partners
- Create affiliate toolkits: discount codes, trackable links, product highlights
- **Live Commerce**:
- Host/coordinate weekly or monthly livestreams
- Track performance: CTRs, conversions, peak viewership
**3. Analytics & Sales Reporting**
- Report on all sales channels weekly/monthly: performance, conversion, trends
- Identify top-performing SKUs, affiliates, and campaigns
- Align with content team to time sales with launches and campaigns
- Maintain CRM: Track lead status, stockist pipeline, and customer data
**4. Promo Planning & Execution**
- Build and execute tactical campaigns: 4.4, 5.5, payday sales, festive kits
- Launch exclusive bundles or offers with affiliates and creators to boost conversion
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
