The end to end project will look into

a) Review of Brand Position in Singapore, and other markets,

b) Re-align the digital strategy of the Brand from an Omni channel perspective,

c) Adapt the digital strategy for Singapore into the other markets under SKLO's care,

d) Prepare digital marketing calendar across platforms,

e) Negotiate with platforms to improve brand positioning and overall digital sales,

f) Manage marketing collaterals with third party vendors, including SEO,SEM, photo and videography.

**Training Outline - Review of Brand Position of Kvetna 1794** - 1) Internal Training of Brand and Product Line (2-3 hrs) 2) Internet secondary research on similiar product and glassware industry (3 hrs), 3) Arrange feasibility study discussions with key stakeholders, B2B (1-2 hrs) 4) Internal review and approval (2 hrs)

**Training Outline - Review of Brand Position of Kvetna 1794**:

- 1) Prepare mystery shopping for competitor analysis - Survey pointers (1-2 hrs) 2) Prepare mystery shopping for competitor analysis - Design questionnaire, (3 hrs) 3) Arrange feasibility study discussions with key stakeholders B2C (2-3 hrs), 4) Internal review and approval (2 hr)

**Training Outline - Market Research/ Feasibility Study -** 1) Execute feasibility study meeting with selected B2B and B2C customers (glassware shops and bottle shops (4 hrs), wine interest groups, restaurant associations (2 hrs), wine sommelier associations etc) (2 hrs) 2) Report writing and internal review and approval (2 hrs)

**Training Outline - Marketing Strategy Planning-** 1) Plan an initial discussion pointer deck for internal presentation. This entails the qualitative and quantitative data from the focus groups and mystery shopping activities from week 2 and 3. (5 hrs) 2) Book resource for internal presentation with management and sales team (0.5 hrs), 3) Ensure all collaterals are ready for discussion and to minute the meeting 4) Facilitate the Marketing Strategy Planning Meeting (3 hrs) 5) Outcome: to deliver an initiative for the digital marketing plan for platforms and channels for the Kvetna 1794 brand. Long Term: Strategic alignment to Principal, Short Term: Festive season planning for year end 2023 (2 hrs)

**Training Outline Digital Marketing Planning-**1) From the Market Strategy Planning Outcome Short Term, review and finalize with management the digital market plan (2 hrs) 2) Set up meetings with the various digital platforms for discussion on month by month activity roll out. This includes, Lazada, Shoppee, Krisflyer, SKLO Shopify site (3 hrs), 3) Finalize the sales platform offerings and report to management for budgetary review (3 hrs), 4) Prepare marketing collaterals plan in order to support the proposed and approved sales participation plan (2 hrs)

**Training Outline Digital Marketing Planning-**1) Review and obtain budgetary approval for necessary marketing collateral activations. (1 hr) 2) Provide preliminary analysis of the various modes and Return of Investment feedback (2 hrs) 3) Obtain quotes from the various modes and to recce site if necessary. The modes include external resource like vendors in SEO, SEM (8 hours)

**Training Outline Digital Marketing Planning-**Continuation of week 6 as this is very time consuming 1) Obtain quotes from the various modes and to recce site if necessary. The modes includes external resource like SEO, SEM, Digital photography and videography, Influencer engagement (8 hours)

**Training Outline Digital Marketing Planning** Confirmation of all the external vendors and to execute the actual work 1) supply and review SEO and SEM key words (2-3 hrs), 2) set up and execute product photo taking if any (8 hr), 3) set up and execute product video taking if any (8 hr), Review and approval of the outputs created (1 hr)

**Training Outline Digital Sales Planning** 1) Finalise all digital sales mechanism for external platforms like Lazada, Shoppee, Krisshop (1 hrs) 2) Update SKLO Shopify in house shop site (1 hr) 3) Update SKLO Shopify site vendor on updates on collaterals (3 hrs), 4) Review and approval for Ad buys, Search word buys (1 hr),

**Training Outline Digital Sales Execution** 1) Manage digital sales via all the in house and external platforms over the first campaign period (2 hrs) 2) Update on shop site inventory and to ensure accuracy (2 hrs) 3) Forward the digital sales to operation team for fulfilment (2 hrs) 4) Summary report on sales to Management (1 hr), 5) Analyse the traffic flow, sales output, and other online commerce key components and to provide an outcome report (2 hrs)

**Training Outline Digital Sales Execution**1) Management meeting to review first campaign rollout (3 hrs), 2) To make necessary adjustments based on the outcome from week 10 (1 hrs), 3) Follow through on the discussions with the various platforms and external vendors (5 hr), 4) Prepare the next digital sales campaign (1 hr)
