About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-minded, and visionary Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to join Guided & Co. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will lead our digital strategy, drive online growth, and oversee a growing team of digital and e-commerce professionals.
You’ll work closely with the founders and senior team to ensure Guided & Co continues to innovate and thrive in the digital space. From sales growth and customer experience to platform optimisation and performance marketing — this role covers it all.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead all digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives that align with and support Guided & Co’s business objectives.**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive traffic, engagement, conversion, and brand visibility.** - Oversee performance and trading plans for the website and develop clear growth strategies across all digital sales channels.
Team Development & Culture
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of passionate digital marketers and e-commerce professionals.**:
- Provide coaching and mentorship through structured development plans and regular performance reviews.** - Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, accountability, and growth.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, and CRO.**:
- Ensure marketing campaigns are integrated across all platforms for maximum reach and impact.** - Manage and evolve digital content strategy, measuring performance and driving continuous improvement.**:
- Lead on UX and customer journey enhancements to optimise site conversion rates.**
Trading Performance
- Drive e-commerce growth and performance across all platforms.**:
- Use tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and heatmaps to measure, optimise, and inform strategy.** - Lead digital trading activity to support new product launches and peak periods.**:
- Stay ahead of trends in customer behaviour and implement proactive strategies to boost results.**
Budget & Performance Management
- Own and manage the digital and performance marketing budget to maximise ROI.**:
- Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.** - Conduct competitive research to benchmark and inform strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing and/or e-commerce role, ideally within a watch or lifestyle brand.**:
- Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams and multi-channel strategies that deliver measurable growth.** - Deep knowledge of Shopify, SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.**:
- Commercially driven with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.** - Confident managing stakeholders, budgets, and end-to-end marketing campaigns.**:
