**Your day to day**
Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is looking for a F&B Coordinator (6 - 8 months contract) who is able to provide administrative support to F&B Manager and F&B Management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assist in the administration and monitoring of the department’s budget, which may include payroll and related-costs and F&B costs - Assist in coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget - Assist in monitoring departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget, and highlight to F&B Manager if abnormalities occur for further actions - Support F&B in servicing functions - Receive and disseminate F&B-related information and communication to other colleagues - Maintain F&B-related reports and update them in accordance with standards and timelines - Use Hotel’s systems e.g. MarketBoomer and I-Schedule to provide support for F&B and Kitchen for operational effectiveness and efficiency
