**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for devising sourcing strategies for the organization to optimize spent and defining saving strategies. Developing supply base for global supplies so as to benefit organization financially. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and framework. Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendor compliance, including monitoring activities, data analysis, reporting, and maintaining vendor documentation, and ensure that vendors meet deliverables with the budget range and timelines. Define Performance KPIs for the Function and ensure performance against the defined KPIs.

Functional Area:

- Should play a key role in developing, implementing and executing sourcing and procurement plan for the organization.
- Provide guidance and lead negotiations and sourcing engagements including process activities such as e-sourcing, RFX, Project management, etc.
- Manage projects against the sourcing category plan and define objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work.
- Work with the business stakeholders to ensure compliance with various policies and procedures for sourcing, contract management, vendor selection, procurement and ensuring strategic alignment etc.)
- Ability to facilitate agreement in alignment with business partners and other stakeholders, coordinate with the Legal team, monitor progress against the plan with cross-functional teams, and identify and implement corrective action to make sure progress is achieved against the plan.
- Should have excellent exposure to the categories like End user computing (EUC), Servers, Storage, Telecom, Managed Services and maintenance services. Adept in drawing sourcing strategy for Facilities/Administration teams like Housekeeping, Security Services etc, HR Sourcing and MARCOM procurements.
- Should be expert in analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure. Well versatile with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals and should be able to optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
- To work with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Should have an excellent exposure to work with multiple stakeholders in a global environment and should have global sourcing experience.
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Ability to manage procurement back office/Shared Service Center

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 12+ years’ experience and extensive experience in workforce management, procurement, and vendor management within IT Service procurement and or services industry.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of procurement module of ERP tools
- Strong Commercial Acumen with a strong market understanding and product expertise.
- Knowledge about procurement, policies, and framework
- Strong in data analysis, spend analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and virtual presentation).
- Quick problem solving and decision making
- Self-motivated with efficient time management
- Customer Centric
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
