Sourcing and Procurement Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, sourcing key equipment and systems, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Process Management: Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to final delivery.
- Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and engage with qualified suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, minimizing risk exposure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably with expertise in negotiation and contract management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
