Job Title: Sourcing Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Sourcing Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities related to assigned commodities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve best value buys.
  • Conduct competitive sourcing processes, initiate requests, negotiate commercial terms, and prepare analysis for award recommendations.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure transparent purchasing processes and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal guidelines.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) at the company level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Hospitality, F&B, Procurement, or similar roles.
