Sourcing and Procurement Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to manage sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure supply continuity.
  • Supplier Performance Evaluations: Conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.

Procurement Operations:

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ): Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and timelines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any supply or quality issues.

Cost Management & Negotiation:

  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead time and optimize supplier agreements for maximum value.
