Sourcing and Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and procurement, negotiation, contract management, inventory management, relationship building, cost control, compliance, collaboration, and analytical skills.
The successful Procurement Specialist will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers based on factors like price, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible value for the organization.
- Managing and maintaining records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely replenishment of inventory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyzing spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
- Ensuring all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
