[Key Responsibilities]
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage and answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly
- Attend to customer queries and provide timely and accurate information
- Manage front desk administrative duties including mail handling, filing, and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments when required
- Assist in preparing basic reports or documentation related to customer service
[Key Requirements]
- Min. 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good Knowledge of MS office will be highly advantageous
