Front Desk Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for running the front desk day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and standard, and leading by example
- Supervises, supports and ensures front desk staff are informed of current promotions and activities
- Performs administrative and financial reports such as tallying of daily closeout reports, tracking of payments, supply inventory and ordering
- Anticipates and handles any guest feedback, request and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines. Responsible for top client loyalty programmes
- Assists the Marketing team with social media posts, campaign development and etc.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 4 years’ of previous front desk manager or front desk supervisor experience is preferred
- Team player, pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Weekend availability
