We’re looking for a fun-loving and conscientious individual to join our team of staff in spreading our love of sports climbing to the community in a pleasant and beginner-friendly gym.
**No bring home work Only reception duty.**
**Mon, Tues, Wed - 1030am - 430pm**
**Thurs - 430pm - 1015pm**
**Sun - 245pm - 915pm**
- Sport climbing experience with SNCS Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 is a big plus

Job Scope
**1) Gym Operations**
- Ability to maintain a pleasant, safe climbing and working community is a must. Prior customer relations management experience is a big plus.
- Staying updated of gym programmes, offerings, and updates.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints over counter and on social media
- Upselling of relevant gym programmes and offerings.
- Administrative documentation of classes / schedules / payment etc
- Conducting belay verification for customers (Relevant rope skills training will be subsidized. Existing SNCS L2 lead certification and competency is a big plus)
- Ability to facilitate and conduct beginner climbing programmes independently is a must
**2) Management of Pro shop**
- Sound understanding of climbing products on offer and provide relevant recommendations (Relevant training will be provided)
**3) Management of staffs on-duty**
- Managing staff breaks
- Ensuring code of conduct for staff on shift
- Provide assistance to staff on
- duty, where required
**4) Problem solving and decision-making independently**
- Incident reporting and crisis management will be a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 31 per week
**Salary**: $1,200.00 per month
