**Focus on retaining clients by identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring seamless support, gathering feedback for improvement, and enhancing service quality based on client input.***:
**Sales Generation and Revenue Growth**:
**Drive sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.**
**Meet or exceed revenue targets by converting leads into profitable business deals.***:
**Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:
**Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.**
**Develop effective business strategies aligned with market insights to drive company growth.***:
**Partnership Development and Networking**:
**Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders.**
**Expand the company's network by engaging with contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.***:
**Strategic Planning and Reporting**:
**Contribute to the development of strategic business plans in alignment with growth objectives.**
**Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform decision-making.***:
**About You**:
**Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Building services or a related field.**
**Knowledge of various Building M&E system including Lightings, electrical panel, genset, fire protection and ACMV System.**
**Ability to work independently or as part of a team.**
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
