
Renewal Sales Executive

**Requirements**:
- Renewals Sales
- Discover and identify upsell/ upgrade opportunities upon renewal to maximize customer growth
- Supporting SEA salespersons
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Able to conduct first level qualification, subsequently assignment to salesperson as well as setting up appointment with potential clients for further development and closure
- Maintain accuracy and expand our database of prospects
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain accuracy and expand our database of prospects in CRM
- Drive attendance and meetings at events, ensuring timely follow-up to direct mail campaigns, and other marketing efforts
- Any other administrative tasks assigned by Supervisor
Essential Competencies
- At least 2 years of experience and qualifications in a related role.
- Strong competence in using latest office admin tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge, qualifications and experience in the Design, Engineering or Manufacturing or IT Industry are advantageous.
- Experience in Quality Standards / ISO implementation and auditing is advantageous
- Excellent command of English, ability to communicate and articulate thoughts and ideas concisely
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
