**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and results-oriented **Wine Sales & Business Development Executive**(or Partner) to lead our growth in Singapore and beyond. This is a **high-commission or partnership-based role**for someone passionate about wine and eager to grow with an expanding international business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive wine sales in Singapore through direct client acquisition, B2B partnerships, and retail channels.
- Identify, approach, and secure distributors, restaurants, hotels, and specialty wine retailers.
- Organize and participate in wine-tasting events, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Coordinate export opportunities to **India, Thailand, and upcoming Japan market**.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape the sales strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, ideally in wine, F&B, or luxury goods.
- Strong network in hospitality, retail, or wine distribution sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working on high commissions.
- Knowledge or passion for South African wines is an advantage.
