**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily centre operations—managing staffing schedules, ensuring programme delivery (academic support, enrichment, holiday activities), coordinating logistics, and upholding safety standards
- Ensure smooth execution of curriculum-based programmes and daily routines as planned
- Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate centre staff, including student care teachers
- Organise and facilitate parent engagement activities like meetings, workshops, and events
- Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment, attendance tracking, student records, and fee/payment follow-upsLiaise with headquarters, schools, and parent organizations to align operations and standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree (In any related field)
- Experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work, or related sectors
- Ability to stand in to teach when needed
- Strong leadership and team management abilitiesAble to step in and conduct classes in the absence of teachers
