**About the job**
- ScienTec is looking to welcome our latest addition in the HR Team.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Champion in Identifying skill and competency gaps and working with external vendors to roll out relevant development programs for talents and leaders.
- Lead and implement people development initiatives, including promotions, mentorship and attachment opportunities.
- Coordinate the annual talent assessment and performance appraisal process.
- Develop/Review competency matrix, personal profiling, and creation/ review of job descriptions to identify potential key roles and/or jobs to determine need of successors and identify current incumbents in key positions. For unmatched critical positions, seek for alternatives for short term or long-term solutions.
- Work with leaders in the business to collaboratively design and deliver talent development programs throughout employee lifecycles. (eg. onboarding programs, early manager training, early career training, and leadership programs for leaders at all levels)
- Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee life-cycle to craft thoughtful talent programs
- Explore with service provider and deploy the company's first learning management system.
