
Regional Head of Branding Media

- Department: Marketing & Communications- Location: Singapore- Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (Regional), you will be responsible in leading a team across:
- Branding Media- Be the brand custodian to ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness & consideration for the Lazada Brand regionally
- Create and manage branding campaigns that increases brand value and heath metrics of Lazada, including project management of asset production and campaign media investments.
- Lead media strategy and branding initiatives that relate to the business goals in order to drive brand awareness, perception, engagement across Lazada including but not limited to: Lazada, LazMall and Super Brand Series.
- Develop integrated media budget plan and lead the annual plan with key media partners in the market
- Ensure media strategy are consistently applied across all consumer touchpoints which include, but not limited to, online videos and banners, TVC, radio ads, OOH, KOL & Livestream.
- Ensure that best-in-class project management practices are employed to deliver all brand communications within strategy, budget and deadline.
- Be familiar with brand equity measurement tools and analysis to prescribe an action plan
- Work closely with Intelligent team to measure effectiveness of brand campaign investment to formulate plans and adjust/improve where necessary.
- Develop and drive media strategy together with media agency and vendors across various media platforms with a focus on building brand consideration and traffic to our app
- Manage existing top media relationships and develop partnerships with emerging media channels
Content- Deep understanding of media landscape, always explore opportunities for innovative collaboration on the media side, especially on those emerging Medias like internet show, livestreaming, short video, TV show sponsorship etc.
- Lead, create and execute content marketing strategy with the aim of improving the branding metrics of all the entities within Lazada Group and cascade to country teams
- Develop content marketing channels/partners to meet business needs of branding.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand/product and start content projects completely from scratch by working closely with partners from tv/video networks, IP content providers and production agencies.
- Build content strategy based on the business objectives, category focus, audience segment through all channels from online/offline/social to others.
- Familiar with offline online engagement tools or like to explore Product/Tech features
- Safeguard process and quality control for all projects to ensure perfect project delivery
- Lead the content projects regionally with country teams, production houses or agencies or MCN for different format and KOL incubation
- Create and drive reports as required including project report and performance optimization, post-buy report, best practices, etc.
**Job Requirements**
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Around 10 years of relevant experience working in Branding, Media or Content. Experience in internet company, media agency preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce industry and good understanding of Offline and Online and content marketing (eg. Livestreaming)
- Experienced with management of budget across various platforms including OOH, digital, content and KOL, with strong ROI assessment
- Strong understanding of the media landscape
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally in complex environments
- Resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing a team is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter, positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with change in a matrix organization
