At Viddsee, we are building the leading storyteller platform for audiences, media partners, storytellers and brands; incubating talents & IPs, and furthering the potential of Asian stories.

As the Head of Media & Data for the region, you will be leading Viddsee’s regional expansion efforts into the Media Buying & Management space, with the primary goal of driving the acquisition of new Media-based business. You will report to the Vice President of Commercial, and have local Media Managers (SG, TH, PH, ID) reporting to you. Together, the Media & Data team will be required to grow our Media-based clientele, generate revenue and deliver a return on investment to the firm. This is an independent position but with precise KPIs to be reached.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Drive and direct the development of compelling Media campaign solutions including consumer and category insights, right selection of media channel, defining primary and secondary KPIs, budget allocation by channels backed by data and rational, across the region.
- Work closely with local Media Managers to create and sustain great client relationships and excellent delivery
- Briefing, guiding & supervising the Media & Data team (execution, reporting & ad-operations teams) on a day-to-day basis ensuring operational excellence on the account.
- Evolve use of measurement systems to provide greater insight into ROI of media plans and ensure the team deliver on agreed KPIs.Contribution to regional media & communications strategy development as needed.

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- At least 10 - 12 years of integrated media experience.
- Strong working experience in digital media planning and buying, offline media.
- Experience working in client relationship management, within a multi-market (SEA) environment.
- Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, able to multitask and handle multiple projects at one time.
- Passionate about the media and communications industry and keen to stay on top of the ever-evolving media landscape.
- Leadership skills in building and leading operational excellence for the team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Can do attitude and demonstration of determination and resilience to deliver targets and goals
