
Regional Brand Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the PR planning and collaboration projects to facilitate the brand standardization
- Develop and oversee new content strategies whilst curating and maintaining monthly content calendar for social media in Singapore
- Plan regional PR activities working with our local marketing teams and key media partners across South East Asia and lead standardization of content and marketing collaterals across the region
- Lead the selection of partnerships of key PR partners that have similarity with G-SHOCK’s brand identity and history, and work closely with related members for the partnership negotiations
- Work closely with the Planning and local Marketing team members on PR activities for the region
- Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), e.g. audience growth, content reach, audience engagement, conversions, etc.
- Pioneer content partnerships with KOLs and relevant media partners to enhance brand advocacy and engagement in local brand growth
- Develop marketing calendars across the region to support the brand strategy, objectives, and requirements
- Conceptualize and manage marketing campaigns to build brand loyalty, engage customers, and increase sales
- Liaison with external agencies to ensure brand tonality and brand image are met
- Liaison with regional counterparts on overall social media content, media buy strategy and seasonal press kits
- Optimize operation of SNS/PR channels across Southeast Asia with expertise tools and technology.
**Job Requirememt**
- Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant disciplines
- Preferably 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing
- Exposure in managing regional markets in South-East Asia
- Prior experience in directing content management and visual asset creation
- Digitally savvy and familiar with various digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Content Management, MS Office (esp. PPT and Excel)
- Proficiency in Meta, Tiktok, Twitter & You Tube’s ad management platforms
- Well versed in paid social best practices
- Insightful on trend of the street culture and communities across global and Southeast Asia
