Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager APAC, the Regional Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Chronic Wounds portfolio across the APAC region, grounded in market and customer insights.
The incumbent will work independently to execute the brand direction and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including country brand managers and Country Managers, ensuring alignment and consistent execution across diverse APAC markets.
About the Role
Drive the development and execution of the regional brand strategy for the Chronic Wounds portfolio
Leverage customer insights, clinical data and market trends to define brand positioning, growth priorities and competitive differentiation
Monitor market dynamics, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to uncover regional growth opportunities
Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns (including digital, social, and offline channels) that effectively communicate the brand value proposition
Work closely with country brand managers to localize materials and ensure market-fit execution
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels, including content development, campaign planning and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
Support medical education and KOL engagement planning for the region
Track brand performance and KPIs to inform continuous improvement
Guide and upskill country marketers by sharing best practices and fostering cross-market collaboration
Build regional forecasts and manage marketing budgets
About You
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field
3–5 years of brand management experience, ideally in the medical, healthcare or life sciences industry
Experience supporting digital marketing activities across various channels including content planning, campaign coordination and performance tracking
Able to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across countries and functions
Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills
Some traveling required (20-30%)
