**Regional Brand Manager (Confectionary)**:
This position plays a critical role in leading the regional strategy and performance of assigned brand(s), defining and delivering robust marketing mix and integrated marketing initiatives, based on in-depth consumer and market understanding under the guidance of Brand Director.
This role serves as the brand guardian and centre of expertise to drive best practices in the region, with the aim to move with scale, synergy, speed & efficiency across the region.
Also, this role double hats as the Local Marketing Manager for Singapore, with a key role to drive and deploy go-to-market strategies with excellence.
**Brand Strategy and Performance**:
- Define & develop robust marketing strategies for the region to accelerate the growth of assigned brand’s business in APAC
- Drive strong consumer, competitor and customer understanding to analyse key business drivers, competitive trends, dynamics and need gaps to solidify and adapt marketing strategy(ies) and plans, if necessary
- Contribute to both topline and bottom-line growth with robust plans, marketing mix development (including but not limited to pricing and pack) and budget management, incl. the re-allocation for more impactful/ proven activities across countries, if necessary.
**Brand Initiatives and Campaigns: Development and deployment**:
- Under the guidance and support from Brand Director, develop holistic brand campaigns/ marketing campaign with optimized media mix, and strong innovation master plan.
- Design and qualify future brands / sub-brands/ innovations/ renovations. Lead implementation to market through close collaboration with cross functional teams including R&D, Sales, Finance, Media, CR, Design.
- Partner with local country teams to ensure alignment and deployment of brand plans, innovations and communications to ensure maximum impact.
- Drive the entire product development process across the full mix.
- Lead and manage the entire processes, including processes for artwork development, FDA/ Regulatory Affairs, New Product Development, Product Renovations, Budget management, and Approvals.
- Manage the marketing expenditures to deliver the best ROI with scale.
- Ensure the necessary due diligence for any decision making, as well as spending by addressing both internal and external requirements.
**Local marketing manager for Singapore**:
- Develop the optimum marketing strategy and plans for the country
- Engage, align and collaborate across functions to deliver results with operational excellence
**Organizational capability development**:
- Support organizational capability development with training proposals to improve marketing mastery, business analysis & operational skills.
