**MAIN PURPOSE**
The Regional Assistant Brand Manager is an active member of Shiseido’s Joint Venture with Fine Today Singapore Pte Ltd. Reporting directly to the Regional Brand Manager, he/she will co-develop APAC region-specific product and communication mixes for 2 Brands Senka & UNO. The team is responsible for driving and delivering product innovation, renovation, brand-led growth projects with a strong focus to win in EC. The role includes visibility to senior stakeholders, he/she will play supporting role to the Regional Personal Care Vice President
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
INNOVATION, RENOVATION, BRAND LED GROWTH
- Co-develop integrated product, pack, price and communication mix and trade proposition for mix test/simulated test markets to evaluate market potential for launch
- Work closely with Brand Manager to lead cross-functional teams to drive agreed projects ensuring they are aligned to market requirements and to Global Category Strategy, Brand DNA
- Assist Brand Manager to lead key agenda and white space growth for Total PC category regionally
- Project management to achieve OTIF
CO- LEADS TO BRING THE BRAND DNA TO LIFE AT REGIONAL APAC LEVEL
- Identifies competitor assumptions and responses, Customer/channel priorities, Price/value guidelines, and the optimization of shopper and consumer insight at a regional level and ensures it feeds into the Global Brand Strategy
- Works with 8 Local Affiliates to translate the Brand DNA into Brand Marketing Plans.
- Provides clear execution guidelines to inspire
APAC COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
- Manages the development of regional integrated (360) brand communication and develops communication material across a number of channels. Major focus in Digital and Ecommerce
- OTIF mix delivery in regional master toolkits
KEY INTERFACES
- Reports to Regional Personal Care Brand Manager
- Assists Regional Personal Care Vice President
- Partners with the 8 Local Marketing teams in the APAC cluster
- Partners with the Global Brand Holder team in Japan
- Overall lead for Project Team: Manage cross functional teams such as Ecommerce, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D/Regulatory, to ensure the timely delivery of agreed mix
- Creative agencies, Digital agencies and other 3rd party suppliers: OTIF mix creations
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years-experience in a Brand Marketing Role within FMCG. Preference for beauty skincare experience and/or Men’s face care & styling
- Experience in Regional or Global Marketing Mix Development for brand(s)
- Experience & knowledge in either of the 2 big clusters (South East Asia INDO/VN/TH or North Asia TW/KOR) SKILLS SET
- Keen eye and passion for beauty / skincare / haircare and brand management
- Interest in developing product concepts, product innovation and brand communications
- Strategic thinking to solve business issues: ability to zoom in and out, sound attention for details with focus on big picture - Growth mindset: Energized to navigate nuances, competitor trends to deliver business growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong bias for action, embrace start-up mindset in an MNC Joint Venture environment and comfortable experimenting
- Ability to work well with stakeholders of different nationalities, based in different geographies
- Flexibility to travel when required (assuming post Covid)
